The National Center for Employee
Ownership - The NCEO is a private, nonprofit membership and
research organization that serves as the leading source of accurate, unbiased
information on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), broadly granted employee
stock options, and employee participation programs.

US Internal Revenue Service - The IRS site is useful for
helping individuals understand tax issues. It includes access to Tax
Interactive, an online magazine for understanding tax issues. Please remember
